There were 4 retinal breaks between 10 o’clock and 12 o’clock including one large tear. He was compliant with facedown positioning. On the 8th post-operative day, a retinal fold along the 4-10 o’clock meridian was seen coursing through his central macula. Low Tension Glaucomavu 1251 fois59-year-old woman has a history of glaucoma dating back to 1990. She had trabeculectomy in the left eye in 1998 and then persisted to lose vision despite normal intraocular pressures from low-tension glaucoma in the left eye.
