Central Serous Retinopathy - Female on steroids

35 year old female Noticed blurred vision when waking up in the morning. Also, vision blacks out for a few seconds when she gets up quickly. About 3 months ago she had a history of intermittent vomiting.

VA 20/20 OD, 20/25 OS

MRI normal, MRA showed lateral sinus thrombosis. Lupus anticoagulant was positive
