Central Serous Retinopathy - Female on Steroids

44 year old white female: She noticed vision problem in the left eye for 3 weeks. Since it started it is not getting any better. She has been on flonase for less than a year. She is also on systemic prednisone 5 mg per day. This started October 21st with a lupus flare initially with 10 mg and then down to 5 mg. She has, in the past, taken systemic steroids, 35 mg, for autoimmune hepatitis. At that time she had no problem with her vision. She was initially seen for plaquenil screen and was fine about a month before the vision got worse.
Meds: Plaquenil, Cellcept, Flonase, Ursodiol
VA OD: sc20/20 NscJ1+VA OS: sc20/25 NscJ2
