Toxoplasmosis Macular Scar (acquired not congenital) 31 Year Old Man- Recent Vision Change - Creeping Scar627 views31-year-old man had an episode of toxoplasmosis in the left eye, where unfortunately it adversely affected his central vision that was back in 2004 (7 years ago)
He did notice recently a change in his visual function. He plays softball, he was getting hit by the ball and having trouble seeing and he said that is how he noticed the toxoplasmosis when it first occurred and he was concerned it might have recurred.
OD 20/16, OS 20/80.
