Toxoplasmosis Macular Scar (acquired not congenital) 31 Year Old Man- Recent Vision Change - Creeping Scarvaatamisi: 169831-year-old man had an episode of toxoplasmosis in the left eye, where unfortunately it adversely affected his central vision that was back in 2004 (7 years ago)
He did notice recently a change in his visual function. He plays softball, he was getting hit by the ball and having trouble seeing and he said that is how he noticed the toxoplasmosis when it first occurred and he was concerned it might have recurred.

Unilateral Hemorrhagic Retinopathyvaatamisi: 1335A 53 yr-old male was referred for a Macular Aneurysm. The FA should no apparent Aneurysm, nor did it show any evident VO or Edema. The patient is in the Navy but hadn't gone on any deep sea dives or any air flights.
The cause of the hemorrhages is unknown, the following ARVO abstract from 2012 identifies similar cases found in females.

OD: Vertical C/D ration is 0.8. There is patchy depigmented lesion in the nasal periphery. The retina is attached with peripheral laser.

She used to play in her attic and she was told by her pulmonary doctor that is probably where she picked it up. She had laser in the right eye for a leaky lesion back in 1990. OD 20/25, OS 20/200.

Birdshot Chorioretinitis Mild - Asymptomaticvaatamisi: 101959-year-old man has birdshot chorioretinopathy in both eyes. Vision OD 20/25, OS 20/20. IOP: OD 16, OS 14. The right eye has a posterior chamber intraocular lens in good position. There is 1+ posterior capsular opacity. The left eye has 2+ nuclear sclerosis.
EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY:
OD: Vertical C/D ration is 0.8. There is patchy depigmented lesion in the nasal periphery. The retina is attached with peripheral laser.
OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.4. There are peripheral punched out lesions in the periphery

She used to play in her attic and she was told by her pulmonary doctor that is probably where she picked it up. She had laser in the right eye for a leaky lesion back in 1990. OD 20/25, OS 20/200.
