The patient did not notice any vision change prior to June of 2022. He was then diagnosed with vitelliform macular dystrophy. The patients mother and grandmother had RP. Medical Hx: pre-diabetic. Pure Hypercholesterolemia, Unspecified. neuropathy in feet and hands. Surgical Hx: Appendectomy. Systemic Meds: Cymbalta 20 MG Delayed Release Oral Capsule qday. b12 100 mcg qday.
