Most viewed - Autoimmune Retinopathy 91 year old female Over the past 3 years the vision has changed tremendously in both eyes. The left eye is much worse than the right eye. The right eye was very good until just recently. She has floaters and spider webs in both eyes. She gets a lot of flashing lights in both eyes (when she is sitting still and minding her own business). Last week she totally lost the sight in the left eye for a short time (she has had carotid studies completed). She has an MRI scheduled for next week. She has had a change in gate and also her function is not good. She also complains of side vision loss. VA OD: Dcc20/40 PHNI NccJ2 VA OS: Dcc20/125 PHNI NccJ5 All testing was normal except for her anti-retinal antibodies which were positive.
