Most viewed - Ischemic CRVO OS following PPV Laser Vavle for neovascular glaucoma 83 year old female presented with NVG in the right eye and LP vision from a vitreous hemorrhage (IOP 40 then 30 on max medications). Underwent PPV, Laser, and ahmed valve. Images are from 3 months later. IOP was 10 and VA was 20/160. The left eye also had a macroaneurysm that bled. VA was 20/40 and remained there as blood absorbed without treatment.
