He never took the medication and he was doing better and he went back to work just after Christmas. He was taking care of a 98 year old woman whose birthday was coming up who then died suddenly. He works for hospice as a volunteer. Within the last few weeks the vision started to get worse. He spoke with Dr. Wallace who told him to see you. You noticed a problem with the retina and asked him to come here. The hearing loss is not too bad. Physically he is doing pretty well. His eyes don't hurt. He has no pain on eye movement and has no unusual headaches. He has been using cortisone ointment for itching maybe once a month. VA OD: Dcc20/200 PH20/200+2 NccJ16 VA OS: Dcc20/125+2 PH20/100 NccJ5 IOP: TP: OD:14 OS:15 Time:14:37 He has a dense cataract in each eye. ANA, FTA-ABS, RPR, ESR, Lyme Titer and ACE were normal.
