Last additions - Vitreomacular Traction - Vitrectomy 72 year old man with 20/40 vision and symptomatic vitreomacular traction. Vision dropped from 20/40 to 20/50 over 1 month. Then a vitrectomy was performed and vision rapidly improved to 20/25. The patient also had a myelinated nerve fiber layer.
