Last additions - Retained Lens Fragments - Patient has Diabetic Tractional Retinal Detachment as Well - prior PPV 71 year old diabetic man with prior PPV for diabetic tractional retinal detachment. Had surgery in the left eye about 4 months ago. He had the retina surgery done and then recently the left eye also had the cataract removed. Vision is 20/160 in the left eye (other eye is 20/20).
