Last additions - Adult Vitelliform Pattern Dystrophy - 95 Year Old Man - Good Vision 95-year-old man was seen in the office on November 14, 2011. He was in for a comprehensive evaluation with you recently and you saw a spot in his macula and suggest he come here for an evaluation. He is in excellent health and he doesn’t notice a vision problem. He had ReSTOR intraocular lenses done at a local large ophthalmology practice.
VISUAL ACUITY: OD 20/32, OS 20/80. IOP: OD 11, OS 7.
SLIT EXAMINATION: ReSTOR intraocular lenses in good position in both eyes.
EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY:
OD: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.3. There is no posterior vitreous separation. There is an 800 micron yellow pigment spot under the fovea.
OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.3. There is no posterior vitreous separation. There is an 800 micron yellow pigment spot under the fovea.
SPECTRALIS-SD-OCT SCAN: The OCT scan shows pigment epithelium thickening in each eye. There is no intraretinal or subretinal fluid. Photos confirm clinical findings.
IMPRESSION:
