Last additions - AZOOR (older case) 33 year old male: Missing / dark black area (ST) 10-11: o'clock in the right eye. The patient woke up 7 years ago after flying from Boston to Dominican Republic next morning scotoma in Supertemporal area.
He was diagnosed with a problem and offered methotrexate which he declined. He had positive titers for exposure to Lyme and Bartonella thought to be unrelated. He was treated with 90 days of steroids and antibiotics.
Medical Hx: benign
Surgical Hx: Appendectomy.
Systemic Meds: None.
