Last additions - Cone Dystrophy - CRX (with ERG) 65 year old female The patient was in for her baseline glaucoma examination she was concerned about glaucoma and one of her medications. Then she was told to get and ERG at USF and then she was told to see Christine Kay in Ocala. She was told that there were three things that could cause her eye problem, either and IRD her medication or possibly hypothyroidism. The patient was then told she could stop the Anestrozole. Then her medical oncologist suggest that she comes here for an evaluation. Her vision is still not bothering her much. She is now on latanoprost for high IOP in the past. As a child (age 5) she was scratched in the left eye by the belt. In 2019 she had part of her colon removed following diverticulitis and now has a colostomy bag.
Medical Hx: HLD. Hypothyroidism. Asthma. Breast Cancer (2022). Diverticulitis.
Surgical Hx: partial lumpectomy. Tonsillectomy. Colostomy bag/colon removal.
Systemic Meds: Calcium D3 Zinc. Rosuvastatin 10mg. Synthroid 125mcg. Levalbuterol Aer. Phentermine.
