Last additions - Idiopathic Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy - PDT 83 year old man Recent vision decline in the left eye. He has been receiving treatment for wet AMD in the left eye from 8/2013 with Avastin and Lucentis. He also had PDT done 2 years ago and seemed to respond better to that treatment. He returns with further vision loss in the left eye. (VA was 20/160) Medical Hx: Aortic Ectasia (05Jun2012). Allergies, Chronic (2020). Arthritis (2000). Atherosclerosis of Aorta (05Jun2012).
