Last additions - Choroidal Metastasis Breast Cancer - Exudative Retinal Detachment 58 year old female The patient noticed decreased vision in the right eye about 2.5 months ago. (you may want to omit this initially -> ) 3 months ago she found a lump in her breast and had stage IV cancer which had spread. It is in her bone, lung. She is starting radiation tomorrow on a couple of vertebrate. Medical Hx: (Onset: 3/28/2023). Breast Cancer Stage 4. Hypertension, Systemic. Surgical Hx: Tonsillectomy. C-Section. Systemic Meds: Propranolol Hydrochloride, 80 mg oral tablet qday. PROCHLORPERAZINE 10MG qday. ANASTROZOLE 1 mg ORAL TABLET, FILM COATED [Anastrozole] qday. Dexamethasone 400 MCG/0.1ML PFS qday. VA OD: Dcc20/200 VA OS: Dcc20/63 IOP: TP: OD:12 OS:15 Put breast cancer history here: Had 10 sessions of radiation to the right eye starting 4/2023 and ending 04/26/23. Also - 4/2023 - kisqali and letrosole (forever drugs) 12/12/23 - Retinal detachment almost completely resolved – Exudative RD took 8 months to resolve. – VA improved from 20/200 to 20/40 (last visit)
