Last additions - Commotio - Bungee cord
38 year old female Two days ago at 3:00 PM she was hit in the left eye when moving furniture by a bungee chord that was attached to a pullout couch. It snapped into her left eye. Since the injury the vision is a little better. When it initially happened she could not see temporally out of the left eye. Now in the morning she notices that temporal vision in the left eye is not good. Medical Hx: Neck problems. Surgical Hx: Noncontributory. Systemic Meds: Etodolac 400 MILLIGRAM In 1 TABLET ORAL TABLET. Methocarbamol 75 VA OD: sc20/20 VA OS: sc20/50 PH20/20 IOP: TP: OD:11 OS:07 |
