Last additions - BRAO in patient under treatment for wet AMD 91 year old female This patient has an appointment in a few weeks. She noticed last night a shadow over the left eye. When she closes her right eye she cannot see the bottom of the vision in the left eye. This is new.
Neovascular AMD with Active CNV OD (Wet AMD OD: [1] treatment since 7/7/15 Avastin ). Neovascular AMD with Active CNV OS (Wet AMD OS: [1] treatment since 9/16/14 Avastin).
Medical Hx: Hypertension, Systemic. SPASMS/TREMORS OF THE VOCAL CHORDS. Arthritis. Pneumonia (Walking Pneumonia). Basal Cell removed from Right eyelid (Onset: 1/2017). covis vaccine 1 dose. Influenza Immunization Received (12/2022). Pneumococcal Vaccine Received (2022). Surgical Hx: Negative.
