Last additions - Cilioretinal artery occlusion following cataract surgery 60 year old man A week ago today he had cataract surgery in the right eye. After the procedure the vision was foggy. The next morning there was a blank spot in the vision. The next day he had some testing done (like today) and his doctor felt that there might be a membrane or wrinkle on the retina. With a before and after scan. Since the procedure the vision is stable. Out of the right eye, he notices a dark spot slightly above central vision. The left eye has normal vision. He notices no focal neurological problems. Had recent cardiac calcium index which was good.
Medical Hx: Noncontributory. Surgical Hx: hernia (2018).
Systemic Meds: nexium. IBUPROFEN
VA OD: sc20/80 (eccent) PH20/32+2
VA OS: sc20/80 PH20/25
IOP: TP: OD:17 OS:20
