Last additions - Oculocutaneous Albinism - OCT-A 62 year old female She had been checked by eye doctors for examinations every few years. In 2019 her vision declined from 20/30 - 20/70 corrected. Then she went through a lot of trouble trying to get the Rx right. She had a lot of prescriptions. She has been told she might have albinism and that she has 'depigmentation of the retina'. She has nystagmus and has never seen 20/20.
Medical Hx: Hypertension
Systemic Meds: Losartan Pot 100 MG. vitamin D2 1.25mg. cal/mag 500/250mg. omega 3 1600mg.
Family Hx: Benign Â
VA OD: Dcc20/50 OS: Dcc20/50
IOP: TP: OD:14 OS:18
Horizontal nystagmus (mild)
2+ NS cataracts
