Last additions - CRAO plaques and paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) lesions 86 year old female She lost vision in the left eye one week ago.  Since then the vision is not getting any better but she is getting used to it.  There is a dark cloud blocking.  She had no focal neurological problems and has no history of stroke.  When she lost the vision her BP was very high.  Medical Hx: Diabetes Mellitus (Onset: 2007). Hyperlipidemia. Hypertension, Systemic. IBS. Influenza Immunization Received (Onset: 2022). Pneumococcal Vaccine Received (Onset: 2020). Surgical Hx: Appendectomy. Hysterectomy. Systemic Meds: HCTZ 25 MG / valsartan 320 MG Oral Tablet [Diovan HCT] qday. metoprolol tartrate 25 MG (metoprolol succinate 23.75 MG) Oral Tablet qday. Pravastatin Sodium, 40 mg oral tablet qday. Dicyclomine Hydrochloride, 10 mg oral capsule qday. takes a medication for bone health every sunday. VA OD: sc20/32-2 VA OS: sc20/200-4 IOP: TP: OD:12 OS:14
