Last additions - Rapid severe macular atrophy with ranibizumab therapy for myopic CNVM 64 year old female with vision loss and distortion in the right and better eye from CNVM. Vision on presentation was 20/32 right eye and 3/200 left eye. She was treated with monthly Lucentis and the vision in the right eye declined to 20/200 in one year. Treatment was stopped and the vision improved to 20/80
