Last additions - Fungal Endophthalmitis (culture negative probably Candida) 69 year old female (fragile in wheelchair with severe arthritis) EXTENDED HPI: The patient had surgery a few months ago on the right eye. She has had difficulty with the vision since then. You were concerned about possible indolent endophthalmitis and asked her to come here for an evaluation. The left eye is blurry but not as bad as the right eye. For the last month the right eye is getting a little bit worse. VA OD: scCF 5ft VA OS: sc20/63-2
