55 year old man He has had gradually declining vision over the last several years. He has never been to eye doctor in the past. He has no problems in his family. He has had diabetes for about 5-10 years. VA OD: Dcc20/63 PH20/40-2 NccJ7-1 VA OS: Dcc20/40-2 PH20/25-1 NccJ3 OCT shows choroidal thickening and outer retinal atrophy in the center of the macula in the right eye. The FAF shows classic chronic CSR changes with hyper FAF and guttering.
