Obliterative - Type 3 Juxtafoveal Telangiectasis

70 year old man with amblyopia from esotropia in the right eye. Vision in the left eye was 20/20 in August 2013. He noticed blurred vision just the past week in the left eye. No family history of retinal disease. No neurological problems and no blood disorders. The patient is not diabetic. He has high blood pressure.
Vision 20/200 OD, 20/60 OS. Cataract worse OD than OS. Maculas show edema and juxtafoveal obliterative telangiectasia.
