FINDINGS OS: Normal. Right Eye: Moderate Macular Pucker. FINDINGS OD: Reason for Testing: Initial Evaluation. Retinal Thickening Consistent with Macular Edema. Preretinal Findings Consistent with an Epiretinal Membrane. Average Central Foveal Thickness 373. Patient opted after first follow-up for no surgery. His vision was only minimally affected at 20/32 last visit.
