Ocular Histoplasmosis - POHS - Old Macular Laser Scars

74-year-old woman has ocular histoplasmosis in both eyes. she had choroidal laser in the left eye in 1998. Her vision is good. She recently had cataract surgery. She lost vision in the Right Eye about 20 years ago.
VISUAL ACUITY: OD 20/400, OS 20/30. IOP: OD 14, OS 13. The posterior chamber intraocular lens is in good position in both eyes.
EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY:
OD: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.1. There is peripapillary atrophy and a macular scar.
OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.1. There is peripapillary atrophy. There is a macular scar and there is peripheral punched out lesions in both eyes.
IMPRESSION:
1. OCULAR HISTOPLASMOSIS – BOTH EYES
2. STABLE MACULAR SCARS
