Giant Retinal Tear RD (Only Eye) 40 year old man The patient has had vision loss for a long time. The right eye started to decline within a week ago and the left eye has been poor for decades. He had congenital cataracts removed at age 1.5. He had surgery on the left eye for an RD in 2002 and was lost to follow-up (no insurance). Medical Hx: Hirsch sprung disease.
