85 year old female: The patient notices that she needs glasses. She was told by an optometrist that her left eye was so bad she should have been born with glasses. She always had problems with the left eye. The vision did get better when she had cataract surgery. She did not need glasses as much. Lately, about once a month, especially in the dark, she sees a dot in the vision in the left eye (straight ahead). Medical Hx: Amblyopia OS. Chalazion upper lid OD. Dry eye OU. Meibomitis OU. Surgical Hx: Hysterectomy. Lumpectomy. Systemic Meds: metoprolol tartrate 50 MG (as metoprolol succinate 47.5 MG) Oral Tablet bid. Clonidine 0.1mg prn. Aspirin 81 mg. B12. D3.
