72 year old female Starting 7 weeks ago there was a vision change in the right eye. The patient was diagnosed with CSR. She might have preceding COVID. She was not on steroids. She had a virus for 2 months - starting mid January. She has been feeling OK for 2 weeks. She had a strange rash on her head and is using steroids but that started after the vision loss. She has a history of skin melanoma on the inside of her arm removed in 2015-6. She had a carcinoid tumor at age 43 and then again in 2014. That was surgically removed. Medical Hx: Hypertension, Systemic (Controlled). Arrhythmias. Atrial Fibrillation. Carcinoid Tumor (Removed). Skin Cancer (Melanoma). Hashimoto's Disease (went away had covid in January 2024. Herpes. Surgical Hx: Gallbladder (Onset: 2013). Moh's Surgery. Systemic Meds: metoprolol tartrate 25 MG (metoprolol succinate 23.75 MG) Oral Tablet. Telmisartantelmisartan tablet 40mg.
