Optic neuritis sentinel event for multiple sclerosis

23 year old female HPI: She wears contacts. The right eye is very blurry. There is one big blob in the center of the vision. This started in the right eye about 4 months ago (in December 2024). It initially lasted about 2 weeks. Then it came back in the left eye lasted a few weeks and now it is back in the right eye. She has not pain in her eyes and no pain on eye movement. She has no history of focal neurological changes.
Medical Hx: Noncontributory. Surgical Hx: Noncontributory.
Systemic Meds: Lo Loestrin .
VA OD: Dcc20/40 PH20/30 NscJ4
VA OS: Dcc20/25 NscJ1
IOP: TP: OD:17 OS:18
