Atrocytoma (Solitary) 28 year old man The patient has no visual complaints. Started plaquenil a few months ago for Lupus. You saw an elevated lesion inferonasally in the right eye (thank you for the note). He has been flaring lately. He has been under control for a month with the lupus. When he flares he mostly has trouble with his joints and he gets a butterfly rash. Medical Hx: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Surgical Hx: Noncontributory. Systemic Meds: PLAQUENIL.
