38 year old female The patient came down with arthritis and saw an ophthalmologist who did some testing and showed a retina problem. She had severe blepharitis a few weeks ago. There were some floaters the last few months. With the combination of issues she is supposed to get regular vision checks. There are some hemorrhages. She has a history of a pale optic nerve the last 20 years (he husband is an ophthalmic technician). There is no history of why. Her hair started to turn white at age 14. She is being tested for an auto-immune disease. The patient had a brain mass that was not a tumor that was operated on 3/2020. There are other brain lesions that are being monitored. She has been tested for lupus, hermansky polock syndrome. She has kidney problems with a high creatinine possibly from medications. There was possible Sjogren's. She has been on the promacta for a year. She recently moved here. She has had anemia her whole life. She had a decrease in her platelets and red cells after craniotomy. The patient has chronic ITP and a 'benign brain tumor'. The hematologist does not have an auto-immune work-up. Her hair started to turn white when she was Medical Hx: Seizures at age 35 - Epilepsy. ITP. Possible Auto-Immune Disorder. Pulmonary Fibrosis. Pulmonary embolism - June 2020. Tachycardia. Anemia.
