62 year old man Starting about 3-4 years ago the left eye was blurry. It happened almost overnight. He noticed lights in the eye and then blurring. He had a tennis ball injury in the left eye 10 years ago. That healed. He was told he has a macular wrinkle and the vision was 20/40 and not to worry about it.
Medical Hx: Hyperlipidemia. Hypertension.
Systemic Meds: CRESTOR. Amlodipine Besylate.
VA OD: 20/32 OS: 20/80
