Syphilitic Chorioretinitis Both Eyes

41 year old man The left eye has been blurry since about 5 days ago. In 1/2024 he had flu like symptoms. He did not have RSV. He was diagnosed with diabetes in 2015.
Medical Hx: Diabetes Mellitus.
Surgical Hx: Growth Removed on Neck (Onset: 1/2012).
Systemic Meds: Metformin Hydrochloride, 500 mg oral tablet 1 qday. Atorvastatin 1 tablet qday. Acyclovir 200mg/5ml Suspension.
VA OD: Dcc20/32 NscJ2
VA OS: Dcc20/200-3 PHNI Nsc20/400+2
IOP: TP: OD:19 OS:21
