63 year old female Patient had floaters and vision loss 6 years ago in the left eye. She now has floaters and vision loss in the same eye. In 2016 she had high IOP and took steroids She doesn't recall exactly what was done. She did take a medication and the eye got better. Her initial episode started with floaters and then her vision got worse. About 2 months ago she initially got floaters then her vision progressively clouded up. Her two eyes do not work together. She usually only sees well with her left eye. PMHx benign. Meds: none. VA OD: sc20/100 PH20/50 NccJ7 VA OS: sc20/50-2 PHNI Ncc20/400-1 IOP: TP: OD:13 OS:10 |
