Classic extrafoveal CNVM in wet AMD 89 year old man Long standing vision loss in the left eye from wet AMD with anti-VEGF since 2012, endophthalmitis on 4/9/2014 and then retinal detachment repair 1 month later followed by PDT in 2019. Vision was 20/32 despite all that and then vision dropped from 20/32 to 4/200 in 6/2021 from subfoveal extension of a peripapillary CNVM (and the patient did not notice). Lucentis was stopped on 3/11/22 because of poor vision. The patient noticed 1 month ago the right eye began to lose vision. He returns for a scheduled 4 month follow-up visit. VA 20/32 OD, 1/200 OS The right eye was treated with and responded to Vabysmo
