Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysm with Pre-retinal hemorrhage

72 year old female The right eye, when she looks at TV or something outside, flashes a big red blob. This started at the end of last week (4 days ago). She moved her bed on Thursday and it is a big and heavy bed. Then the next day she was not feeling good. She has been itching her eye a lot. She was taking plaquenil from 1993 - 2020 (about 27 years) she stopped the medicine because of her eyes. She has palindromic rheumatism (RA).
Medical Hx: Diabetes Mellitus (Few Years). Hypertension, Systemic. Thyroid Disease. Asthma. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Clotting.
Systemic Meds: Januvia. Forgot med list. (she is on Xarelto)
VA OD: Dcc20/200-2 PHNI NccJ7
VA OS: Dcc20/40 PH20/32 NccJ3
IOP: TP: OD:14 OS:12
This hemorrhage later tracked subretinally, probably from a second bleed and then the MA was lasered. The patient was lost to follow-up
