The vision in the left eye started getting foggy yesterday morning at 9:00 AM with spider webs. Today it felt a little better.
Medical Hx: Diabetes II (Onset: 5/2015). CVA (Onset: 5/2015). Hypertension, Systemic. Pure Hypercholesterolemia, Unspecified. Surgical Hx: Herniorrhaphy.
Systemic Meds: LISINOPRIL. SIMVASTATIN. GLIPIZIDE. METFORMIN HCL. Aspirin 325 mg. Vitamin D3.
Allergies: NKDA.
