Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy and Vitreous Hemorrhage Left Eye 44 year old man About 2 months ago, the patient went to the beach with his family and noticed a hair in the eye sight in the left eye.  He was trying to rinse it out and saw that there was something not right.  He googled the problem and there was something about a floater and not being a big deal.  His vision was pretty good.  He was not getting regular eye examinations.  He did get checked in 2015 and got new glasses.  He had not been back since then for the last 5 years except for glasses.
