57 year old male  The vision in the left eye was getting worse for a few months and then a few weeks ago the left eye started getting worse and the sunlight made the vision much.  The right eye is OK.  He had shingles on the left side of his head.  He was diagnosed with diabetes about 7 years ago.   VA OD: sc20/25-2 NccJ1 VA OS: sc20/200-3 PHNI NccJ7 Treatment in the left eye was started with Lucentis
