Idiopathic Intercranial Hypertension - Papilledema 35 year old obese female The patient was in for her annual examination and then during her visit you noticed a problem with the optic nerves. She does get occasional headaches (possibly from TMJ). Her vision is OK. She has no focal neurological changes. VA OD: sc20/12 VA OS: sc20/16 Opening pressure was 30 CM (normal 10-20) of water on spinal tap, Treatment with diamox decreased nerve swelling.
