Birdshot Chorioretinitis and PAMM lesion A 55-year-old white female presented for sudden onset sharply demarcated paracentral scotoma right eye, she reported a history of floaters in both eyes for the past year, cataract surgery in both eyes approximately 2 months before, and mild amblyopia left eye. Her review of systems was negative, her medical history was only significant for hypertension for which she took metoprolol and aspirin, and had not been using any over-the-counter-medications. Visual acuities were 20/25 right eye and 20/50 left eye. Tenotomy and anterior segment examination were normal.
