Modifying Factors: things look very shadowed and distorted, like a racoon face. Quality: blurry. Location: central vision. Duration of Problem: 1-2 weeks. Context Onset/Aggravation: has been on prednisone 10 mg off and on for years and had just taken a round of it about 1 week prior to the vision changes. Associated Symptoms: light sensitive, takes a lot longer to adjust from light to dark rooms etc. The right eye has had vision loss for a few weeks. He had previous episodes seen by me in 2012 OS and 2008 OD.
