88 year old female. The patient has a 'red spot' in the retina in the right eye. This started as BRAO in Spring of 2017. She noticed a square superiorly in the vision in the right eye (Superonasal). She has not noticed a change in her vision. The vision in the left eye is reasonable. She is in need of cataract surgery on the left eye. She has had, in the past, silent migraine with aura in the left eye ( a few years ago ) x 3. She has had 2 stents and is on low dose aspiring, generic plavix. VA OD: sc20/32-2 NccJ2 |
