CRVO with Paracentral Acute Middle Maculopathy (PAMM)

56 year old woman About 1 month ago the vision in the right eye went bad a few times and then got better. Then 1 week ago the vision in the right eye went bad again and has not gotten any better. Left eye is OK. The vision in the right eye is hazy and blurred. She has high blood pressure. She had a carotid ultrasound a week ago which showed some stenosis in the left which will be repeated. She has an echocardiogram scheduled and she has a neurology appointment coming up because of the vision loss last week. She had an episode where she passed out a few times and was recommended to take aspirin. She was told it might be dehydration. She was given a big long name of what was causing it. She has 2 children and had one miscarriage. She has had thyroid cancer.
VA 20/160 OD, 20/32 OS - Blood test showed hyperhomocysteinemia
