Asymptomatic wet AMD - ICG Subfoveal CNVM both Eyes 82 year old woman She was in for her yearly checkup and a problem was noted. She does not notice a vision issue. Her mother had AMD but she has no significant other family retina problems. VA OD: Dcc20/25 VA OS: Dcc20/25 The right eye has an inactive subfoveal net only visible on ICG and the left eye has the same in addition to a probable polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy lesion adjacent to the nerve with perifoveal exudate. She was not treated this visit. She has been followed for 6 years. The left eye got better without treatment. The right eye was never treated. At age 88, her vision is 20/25 in both eyes.
