Toxocariasis - Involuted


87 Year old woman referred for decreased vision. Vision loss is probably from Glaucoma but she has a scar typical for toxocariasis with a stalk out of the optic nerve tracking to a peripheral granuloma. Vision was HM in the right eye and has always been poor.
