CRVO with severe capillary non-perfusion

95 year old female 2-3 days of severe vision loss in the right eye.
The left eye lost vision to wet AMD after having a 8 month gap in therapy between 1/2020 (VA 20/50 OU) and 9/2020 (VA 20/25 OD, HM OS - COVID).
PMHx: DM (on no medications), Thyroid
Meds: Artificial tears
VA HM OU
IOP: 18,19
Anterior segment: no rubeosis, pseudophakic
images look like vision loss was more than a few days in the right eye.
