Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension - Papilledema

37 year old obese female Was on for an eye examination and a problem was noted. Her vision is normal. She has mild headaches which are from TMJ.
PMhx: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (not diabetic)
Meds: Metformin, Vitamin D, Spironolactone
VA 20/12 OD, 20/16 OS
Opening ICP on spinal tap was 30 CM water.
